We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 21-day exchange policy, meaning you have 21 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.
🛍️ Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:

In the same condition as when received

Unworn, unused, and with tags attached

In the original packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
🔁 How to Make an Exchange — Easy 6-Step Process
Step 1:
Review the Exceptions section below to ensure your item qualifies.
Step 2:
Email us at info@thegymshop.ca. Be sure to include:

Your full name
-
Order number
-
The item(s) you wish to exchange
Step 3:
We’ll respond with a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Step 4:
Repackage your item(s) securely. Write the RA# clearly on the outside of the package.
Step 5:
Ship your package via the carrier of your choice.
Do not send items COD (Cash on Delivery) — these will not be accepted.
Step 6:
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it.
If approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
Your exchange will be shipped once any applicable shipping fees are collected.
Note: Shipping fees (both original and return) are non-refundable.
🚫 Exceptions — Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

Items that are washed, worn, or altered

Items with the price tag removed

Items missing original packaging

Sale or clearance items
Additionally, for hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Q: Are sale items eligible for exchange?
