<h3>🔁 How to Make an Exchange — Easy 6-Step Process</h3>

  <li><strong>Check the Exceptions section</strong> below to ensure your item qualifies.</li>
  <li><strong>Email us</strong> at <a href="mailto:info@thegymshop.ca">info@thegymshop.ca</a> with your name, order number, and the item(s) you wish to exchange.</li>
  <li>We’ll respond with a <strong>Return Authorization Number (RA#)</strong>.</li>
  <li><strong>Repackage your item(s)</strong> securely and write the <strong>RA# clearly on the outside</strong> of the package.</li>
  <li>Ship the package using your preferred carrier. <strong>COD (Cash on Delivery) is not accepted.</strong></li>
  <li>Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your exchange will be processed after any applicable <strong>shipping fees</strong> are collected.</li>

<p><strong>Note:</strong> Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.</p>

<h3>🚫 Exceptions — Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange</h3>
